Become part of a
carefully curated
collection
We work with a deliberately small number of Mallorca businesses. If you run something here that you believe belongs in that group, we would be glad to hear from you.
A short list is worth more
to you than a long one
Most distribution channels available to a Mallorca operator work on volume. You are listed alongside everyone else, ranked by commission or by review count, and the traveller who arrives has been sold on price and knows almost nothing about what you actually do.
We work differently, because we have to. Our clients come to us precisely because they do not want to choose from a list of two hundred options. That means we can only recommend a small number of partners, and it means that when we send someone to you, they arrive briefed, expecting what you actually offer, and generally willing to pay properly for it.
The trade off is that we are selective, and that the standards below are applied consistently rather than flexibly.
The kinds of businesses
in the portfolio
Experience and activity providers
Guides, instructors, workshop and studio owners, and anyone running something people take part in rather than look at.
Boat and yacht operators
Charter companies, skippers and owners, from small day boats to crewed yachts. Sea days are a large part of what we arrange.
Restaurants and producers
Restaurants, cellers, winemakers and food producers, particularly outside the obvious coastal strip.
Villas and hotels
Villa managers, rental agencies and independent hotels who need an experience and concierge partner for their guests.
Artists and galleries
Working artists, ceramicists, galleries and dealers. Art and studio access is a growing part of what our clients ask for.
Local specialists
Drivers, historians, photographers, childcare agencies, and the specific expertise that a particular request occasionally needs.
Our standards,
set out plainly
These are the things we check before anything enters the portfolio, and the things we keep checking afterwards.
- You are properly licensed and insured for what you do. Non negotiable, and we will ask to see it.
- What you advertise is what you deliver. Real durations, real group sizes, real inclusions.
- You communicate. You answer messages, you tell us early when something changes, and you do not go quiet in August.
- You are consistent. The experience on a Tuesday in October is recognisably the same as the one in July.
- You treat guests well when things go wrong, which is when it actually counts.
- You have capacity to be reliable. We would rather work with someone who takes fewer bookings and honours all of them.
- There is something distinctive about it. Not necessarily unique. Done properly, by people who care, is enough and is rarer than it sounds.
From enquiry
to inclusion
01
You get in touch
Use the form below and tell us what you do, where, and for whom. Links and photographs help more than a long description.
02
We have a conversation
If it looks like a fit, we arrange a call or come and meet you. We will want to understand capacity, seasonality and how you handle problems.
03
We experience it
Someone from our team does the experience, eats at the restaurant, or goes out on the boat. This step is not skipped, for anyone.
04
We agree terms and list you
Commercial terms, cancellation policy and how enquiries are passed over, agreed in writing. Then we build your listing properly, with accurate information.
What we ask of partners
- Accurate information, kept up to date when it changes.
- Availability held once a booking is confirmed through us.
- Prompt replies to enquiries, including in high season.
- Direct contact a person we can reach, not a general inbox.
- Advance notice of price changes, closures or capacity changes.
- Honesty about limits. Telling us something is not suitable for a particular group is genuinely valuable to us.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee bookings, volumes or revenue, and we will not suggest otherwise.
Our clients are individually advised, which means recommendations depend on who is travelling, when, and what they are looking for. A partner who is right for one week may not come up at all in the next.
We also do not sell listings. There is no fee to be included and no way to pay for placement, which is the whole point, and the reason our recommendations are worth anything to the people receiving them.
Tell us about
your business
We read every enquiry. We do not respond to all of them within the same timeframe, and during the summer it takes longer, but if what you do looks like a fit you will hear from us.
If you would rather send a portfolio, a menu or a rate card, email it directly to info@mallorcagoat.com and mention that you have filled in this form.
