Mallorca G.O.A.T. is a platform for the intermediation and sale of experiences and activities in Mallorca.
We work with local companies, professionals and specialist providers, who are the ones that carry out the activities directly.
Our purpose is to make it easier to find and reserve an experience, by putting selected activities and providers we trust in one place.
How does a reservation work?
When you find an experience you are interested in, you can request and manage your reservation directly through Mallorca G.O.A.T.

Browse the activities available and pick the experience, the date and the conditions that suit you.
Make your reservation
Enter your details and confirm the reservation request.
Pay Mallorca G.O.A.T.
When you confirm the reservation, you pay only the amount that corresponds to Mallorca G.O.A.T.’s intermediation and management services.
Receive all the information
Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with everything you need to complete your reservation.
Pay the provider directly
The remaining amount of the experience is paid directly to the provider, following the conditions and the instructions given in your confirmation.
Enjoy the experience
The provider is the one who runs and manages the activity you have booked.
Who runs the activity?
The experiences listed on Mallorca G.O.A.T. are offered and carried out by independent providers, each one specialised in its own activity.
Mallorca G.O.A.T. handles the search, the sale and the management of the reservation, but does not directly run most of the experiences that appear on the platform.
Because of that, the specific conditions of each activity — schedules, availability, requirements, cancellations and other particular terms — may vary from one provider to another.
How do payments work?
We want you to know exactly what you are paying at every point.
The price set for the activity by the provider.
The amount that corresponds to our intermediation services and to managing the reservation.
The remaining difference, to be paid directly to the provider of the experience.
The amount that corresponds to Mallorca G.O.A.T. is shown before you complete the reservation. Once that payment is made, we will send you the instructions you need to pay the rest directly to the provider.

We select and work with companies and professionals who offer experiences in Mallorca.
Each provider is responsible for carrying out the activity it offers properly, and for its own specific conditions, availability and requirements.
Working this way lets us offer a wide and varied selection of experiences without Mallorca G.O.A.T. having to operate every one of them directly.
